Track Your LBC Parcel
— Free & Real-Time
Enter your LBC tracking number for instant delivery status. Works for domestic parcels, balikbayan boxes, cargo, and Padala — Philippines-wide and international OFW shipments.
How to Track Your LBC Package
Tracking your LBC parcel takes less than 10 seconds. Here’s exactly what to do.
Find Your LBC Tracking Number
Your tracking number is on the lower-left of your LBC receipt, just below the barcode — a 12–17 digit numeric code. If you ordered from Shopee or Lazada, check “Tracking Number” in your order details, not the order number.
Enter It in the Tracker Above
Paste the number into the search box at the top of this page. No spaces, no dashes — enter it exactly as shown. Even one wrong digit returns no results.
Get Real-Time Status from LBC
Clicking Track opens the official LBC Express tracking page at lbcexpress.com with your number pre-filled — 100% accurate, straight from LBC’s system.
No Number? You Still Have Options
Lost your receipt? Read our guide to tracking without a tracking number — or visit any LBC branch with a valid government ID.

Different shipment types use different formats — make sure you have the right one.
Every LBC Tracking Status — Explained
LBC status messages can be confusing. Here’s what every one means and what to expect next.
| Status | What it actually means | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
Pending Label Created |
LBC has a record but has NOT physically received the package. The seller may not have dropped it off yet. | Confirm drop-off with the sender. Check again after 24 hours. |
Received Picked Up |
LBC collected the package from the sender or it was dropped off at a branch and scanned in. | Package moves to the origin sorting hub. |
In Transit At Origin Hub |
Parcel is at the LBC sorting facility near the sender. Being sorted and loaded onto transport. | Next update in 12–24 hours when it moves. |
Moving In Transit |
Package is actively moving between LBC hubs. Gaps of 12–24 hours are normal — scans happen in batches. | Next update when it arrives at the destination hub. |
Arrived Destination Hub |
Parcel has reached the LBC facility closest to your delivery address. | Delivery scheduled within 1–2 business days. |
On the Way Out for Delivery |
A delivery rider has your package and is heading to your address today. | Expect delivery by end of business day. Someone should be home. |
Missed Delivery Attempted |
LBC tried to deliver but no one was available. The rider likely called — check missed calls. | LBC retries next business day. Contact LBC to arrange re-delivery or branch pickup. |
At Branch For Pickup |
Package is held at an LBC branch after a failed delivery attempt. | Visit the branch with your tracking number and a valid government ID. |
On Hold On Hold |
Delivery is paused — usually an incomplete address, COD issue, or customs problem. | Contact LBC immediately at (02) 8858-5999. |
Done Delivered |
Package was handed to someone at the delivery address. LBC records who signed for it. | If you didn’t receive it, check with ALL household members first, then contact LBC. |
Returned To Sender |
LBC could not complete delivery after multiple attempts and is sending it back to the sender. | Contact the sender to arrange re-shipment or an alternative pickup option. |

Tips to Get Faster LBC Delivery
Practical tips that actually make a difference — not just “pack it properly”.
Drop Off Before 3:00 PM
LBC’s daily cut-off is 3 PM sharp — anything after that is processed the next business day. This single tip prevents most “unexpected” delays.
Write the Complete Address
Always include: house number, street, barangay, city, province, and the receiver’s mobile number. Missing barangay is the #1 cause of “Delivery Attempted” and “Held at Branch”.
Ship Monday to Wednesday
Early-week shipments have the best chance of same-week delivery. Thursday or Friday drop-offs risk weekend delays — LBC doesn’t deliver on Sundays.
Choose the Right Service Level
Tell staff your deadline — they’ll match you to Standard, Express, or Rush. Choosing Standard when you need Express speed is a very common and costly mistake.
Enable Push Notifications
Download the LBC Connect App (iOS / Android) for real-time push alerts at every status change — so someone is always home when the rider arrives.
Double-Check Receiver Details
Changing the receiver’s name or address after drop-off requires calling customer service and can add days. Review all details carefully before handing over the parcel.
LBC Balikbayan Box & International Tracking
Sending a balikbayan box from abroad? Everything OFWs and their families need to know.
Your 12-digit tracking number is on your LBC receipt and on the sticker attached to the box itself. Enter it in the tracker above. Sea cargo takes 40–60 days — tracking goes silent while the box is at sea. This is completely normal.
When your box arrives in the Philippines it goes through the Bureau of Customs. Tracking will show “Arrived at Port” during this stage. You don’t need to do anything unless LBC or BOC contacts you directly.
LBC Express operates in over 30 countries. Whether your package is from UAE, USA, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, or Italy — the tracking process is the same, with additional international transit stages.
At sea there are no scan checkpoints — tracking won’t update for days or weeks. Updates resume at these stages: drop-off → origin hub → Philippine port → customs → out for delivery. Silence at sea is expected.
