Track Your LBC Cargo
in Real Time
Enter your LBC cargo tracking number for live delivery updates. Works for air cargo, sea freight, land cargo, and international shipments.
How to Track Your LBC Cargo
LBC cargo tracking takes under 10 seconds. Here’s exactly what to do.
Find Your Cargo Tracking Number
It’s on the lower-left of your LBC receipt, just below the barcode. Domestic cargo: 12–17 digits. International cargo: 5-digit code. Ordered from Shopee or Lazada? Look for “Tracking Number” — not the order number.
Enter It in the Tracker Above
Type or paste the number into the search box at the top. Enter it exactly — no spaces, no dashes. Even one wrong digit returns no results.
Track on the Official LBC Site
Clicking “Track Cargo” opens the official LBC Express tracking page with your number pre-filled — 100% accurate, real-time results direct from LBC’s system.
No Number? Here’s What to Do
Check your SMS confirmation, LBC Connect app, or the waybill sticker on the box. You can also visit any LBC branch with a valid ID and the sender’s name.

Tips to Get Faster LBC Cargo Delivery
Tips that actually make a difference — not just “pack properly”.
Drop Off Before 3:00 PM
This is the most important tip. LBC’s daily cut-off is 3 PM — anything after that is processed the next business day. This alone causes most “unexpected” delays.
Write the Complete Address
Include house number, street name, barangay, city, province, and receiver’s mobile number. Missing barangay is the #1 cause of “Delivery Attempted” and “Held at Branch” statuses.
Ship Monday to Wednesday
Early-week drop-offs have the highest chance of same-week delivery. Thursday/Friday drop-offs risk weekend delays since LBC does not deliver on Sundays.
Choose the Right Service
Tell the branch staff your deadline — they’ll recommend whether you need Standard, Express, or Rush. Booking Express speed when you need Rush is a very common mistake.
Enable Push Notifications
Download the LBC Connect App (iOS / Android) for push notifications every time your cargo status changes — so you know exactly when it’s out for delivery.
Double-Check Receiver Details
Once the cargo is accepted at the branch, changing the receiver’s name or address requires calling customer service and can add significant delays to your shipment.
LBC Balikbayan Box & International Cargo Tracking
Sending cargo from abroad? Here’s everything OFWs and families need to know about tracking international LBC shipments.
Your 12-digit tracking number is on your LBC receipt and on the sticker attached to the box. Enter it in the tracker above. Sea cargo boxes take 40–60 days — tracking goes silent at sea, which is completely normal.
When your box arrives in the Philippines, it goes through the Bureau of Customs (BOC). Tracking will show “Arrived at Port” during this time. You don’t need to do anything unless LBC or BOC contacts you directly.
LBC Express operates in over 30 countries. Whether your cargo is from USA, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, or Italy — the tracking process is the same, just with extra international stages.
When the box is at sea, there are no scan points — so tracking won’t update for days or weeks. Updates appear at: drop-off → origin hub → Philippine port → customs → out for delivery. Silence at sea is normal.
Same tracker works for all international LBC cargo destined for the Philippines.
